안녕하세요. 애플드론교육원입니다.
무더운 여름이 시작되면서 모기 때문에 불편을 겪는 분들이 많아지고 있습니다.
모기는 성충이 된 후 방제하는 것도 중요하지만,
유충일 때 미리 방제하는 것이 가장 효과적인 방법입니다.
애플드론교육원은 지난해 대구시 최초 모기유충 드론방제 사업을
성공적으로 수행한 데 이어,
2026년에도 대구 북구청 · 북구보건소 주관으로 실시되는
모기유충 드론방제 사업을 맡아 첫 번째 방제를 실시했습니다.
올해는 사업 규모가 더욱 커졌습니다.
2025년에는 서리지 공원, 운암지수변공원, 동천역 운암역 일대에서
총 25회 드론방제를 진행했습니다.
올해는 방제 효과를 인정받아 총 30회로 확대되었으며, 방제 지역도 더욱 넓어졌습니다.
새롭게 추가된 지역은 연경동, 동서변동, 동화천,동천역에서 거동교 일대 입니다.
더 많은 지역을 관리하게 된 만큼 시민들이 더욱 쾌적한 여름을 보낼 수 있도록 최선을 다할 예정입니다.
방제는 이렇게 진행됩니다.
방제를 시작하기 전에 먼저 감시드론을 띄워 모기 유충이 많이 서식하는 곳을 확인합니다.
하천 가장자리나 물이 고여 있는 곳,
풀이 우거진 곳 등을 꼼꼼하게 살펴본 뒤 필요한 구역에만 방제를 실시합니다.
이렇게 하면 더욱 효율적이고 정확한 방제가 가능합니다.
